随着当前众多特大型钢结构工程的涌现,各种超大超重的复杂构件也随之出现,并且有很多是多杆件汇交形成的异型节点构件。为满足加工、运输、吊装和结构受力要求,这些构件往往采用高强钢材,并且需要采取节点分离加工、高空组拼焊接的施工工艺。由此形成的高强钢异型节点高空超长焊缝,增加了现场焊接施工的难度。本文介绍了在中央电视台新台址工程钢结构安装中,通过采取一系列焊接技术手段和措施,成功攻克了这类构件因节点分离安装所形成的超长焊缝焊接难题,为解决超大、超重型复杂钢构件加工、运输与吊装难题,提供了可借鉴的方法。
With the emergence of many large-scale steel structures, many kinds of complex and overweight components also appear, and many of them are special-shaped nodes formed by multi-rod assembly. To meet the processing, transportation, hoisting and structural stress requirements, these components often use high-strength steel, and the need to take node separation processing, high-altitude group welding construction process.
