改革开放30年以来,我国民营企业客服了基础薄弱及先天不足等自身条件,得到了迅猛发展,全国各地民营企业雨后春笋般拔地而起。已经成为国民经济的重要组成部分,已经成为国民经济增长中最活跃的经济增长点。但是随着中国加入WTO,市场经济的冲击对我国民营企业的一些管理漏洞和弊端逐步显现出来。特别是2009年全球金融危机对我国的中小型民营企业更是致命的打击。近年来随着对外开放力度的不断加大,江西民营企业获得了较快发展。在企业规模不断扩大的同时,如何对企业进行有效管理成为民营企业能否永葆青春的一个关键因素。本文就江西省民营企业管理中存在的问题加以阐述,并随之提出自己的一些相应的对策和建议。
Since the reform and opening up 30 years ago, China’s private-owned enterprises have suffered from such problems as weak foundation and inherent deficiencies, and have enjoyed rapid development. All over the country, private enterprises have sprung up like mushrooms. Has become an important part of the national economy and has become the most active economic growth point in the growth of the national economy. However, with China’s accession to the WTO, the impact of the market economy has gradually revealed some of the management loopholes and malpractices in China’s private enterprises. In particular, the global financial crisis in 2009 was a fatal blow to small and medium-sized private-owned enterprises in our country. In recent years, with the continuous efforts to open up to the outside world, Jiangxi private-owned enterprises have enjoyed rapid development. While expanding the scale of enterprises, how to effectively manage the enterprises has become a key factor for the sustainability of private enterprises. This article elaborates on the existing problems in the management of private enterprises in Jiangxi Province and proposes some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions accordingly.
