与角钢塔相比,钢管塔的荷载以及自身的高度和跨度均有较大程度的增加,如何设计钢管塔的节点是保证钢管塔结构安全的主要环节。选取1 000 kV淮南—上海特高压输电线路钢管塔为工程背景,对典型十字插板连接的K型节点建立了有限元模型,对节点的力学行为、应力分布以及弹塑性的破坏过程进行了研究,可为钢管塔K型节点设计提供参考。
Compared with angle steel tower, the load of steel pipe tower and its height and span both increase to a great extent. How to design the node of steel pipe tower is the main link to ensure the structural safety of steel pipe tower. Based on the engineering background of 1 000 kV Huainan - Shanghai UHV transmission line steel tube tower, a finite element model was established for K - type joints connected with a typical cross plate, and the mechanical behavior, stress distribution and elastoplastic failure process of the joints were studied , Which can provide reference for the design of steel tower K-type node.
