考察在碱性条件下SiO2的溶胶—凝胶行为,探讨聚乙二醇(PEG)在凝胶化过程中对溶胶粒子的作用,提出溶胶粒子的生长机制.PEG的加入限制溶胶粒子自身的生长,加剧“簇团”的团聚和交联,在簇团的生长过程中起“导向”作用.PEG的加入使簇团交联成为有序的环状网络结构.
The sol-gel behaviors of SiO2 under alkaline conditions were investigated. The effect of PEG on the sol particles during gelation was also discussed. The growth mechanism of sol particles was proposed. The addition of PEG limits the growth of sol particles themselves and aggravates the agglomeration and cross-linking of clusters, which play a “guiding” role in the growth of clusters. The addition of PEG makes the clusters cross-linked into an ordered network of loops .
