目的摸清医疗机构消毒质量情况,加强医疗机构消毒卫生管理。方法按《消毒技术规范》的技术要求检测,依据《消毒与灭菌效果的评价与标准》,《医院消毒卫生标准》进行评价。结果总合格率为91.17%;各年份合格率比较,合格率呈逐年升高的趋势(χ2=21.07,P﹤0.005);市、区和镇级医疗机构样本合格率分别为94.42%、91.55%和88.81%。市级医疗机构合格率高于区级和乡镇级(χ2=34.17,P﹤0.005);不同监测样品中,医疗用品和高压蒸汽灭菌器合格率最高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=234.83,P﹤0.005)。结论医疗机构消毒质量合格率逐年升高,要加强对基层医疗机构、空气和医护人员手的消毒质量监测,提高整体消毒质量。
Objective To find out the quality of disinfection in medical institutions and to strengthen the sanitation management of medical institutions. Methods According to “Technical Specifications for Disinfection,” the technical requirements of testing, based on “disinfection and sterilization effect evaluation and standards”, “hospital disinfection and health standards” for evaluation. Results The total pass rate was 91.17%. The pass rate in each year showed a year-by-year upward trend (χ2 = 21.07, P <0.005). The passing rates of samples in municipal, district and township medical institutions were 94.42% and 91.55% And 88.81%. The qualified rate of municipal-level medical institutions was higher than that of districts and townships (χ2 = 34.17, P <0.005). The highest pass rates of medical supplies and autoclaves were found in different monitoring samples (χ2 = 234.83, P <0.005). Conclusion The passing rate of disinfection quality in medical institutions has been increasing year by year. It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of the disinfection quality of primary medical institutions, air and medical staff and improve the overall disinfection quality.
