各市人民政府,各县(市、区)人民政府,省政府各部门、各直属机构,各大企业,各高等院校: 《国务院关于深化改革加快发展民族教育的决定》(国发〔2002〕14号,以下简称《决定》),明确了今后我国民族教育的指导思想、发展目标、基本方针和原则,提出了加快发展民族教育的政策措施,是今后一个时期指导民族教育发展的纲领性文件。为贯彻落实《决定》精神,现结合我省实际提出以下意见,请一并贯彻落实。一、统一认识,明确任务建国50多年来,特别是改革开放20多年来,我省的民族教育取得了巨大成就,民族学校办学条件
People’s governments of all municipalities, people’s governments of all counties (cities, districts), departments of provincial governments, all subordinate agencies, major enterprises and institutions of higher learning: Decision of the State Council on Deepening Reform and Accelerating Ethnic Education (Guo Fa [2002] No. 14, hereinafter referred to as “the Decision”), set forth the guiding ideology, development goals, basic principles and principles for future national education in our country, put forward policies and measures for accelerating the development of ethnic education and are the programmatic documents that will guide the development of national education in the coming period . In order to implement the spirit of “decision”, we hereby put forward the following opinions in light of the actual situation in our province and please implement them together. I. Unite Understanding and Clear Task In the more than 50 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, especially in the more than 20 years since the reform and opening up, ethnic education in our province has made great achievements. The conditions for running a school for ethnic minorities
