一、概述我厂使用的主要含铁原料为原生精矿、氧化精矿及鄂东粉矿。近两年来,由于选矿技术的进步,原生精矿的含铁量由1976年的63~64%提高到1979年上半年的66~67%,有时高达68~69%,SiO_2含量仅3~4%。加之澳大利亚粉矿的使用,烧结矿含铁量相应由50~51%提高到53~54%(1980年提高到55~56%),SiO_2含量由10~11%下降到8.O%左右(1980年在7.0%左右),引起烧结成品率下降,烧结矿强度差,烧结矿中5~10毫米粒级量增加。为了改善烧结矿的质量,我们进行了一系列的试验室试验及现场生产实践。
I. Overview The main iron-bearing raw materials used by our factory are primary concentrates, oxidized concentrates and eastern Hubei fines. In recent two years, due to the progress of beneficiation technology, the iron content of primary concentrates increased from 63% to 64% in 1976 to 66% to 67% in the first half of 1979, sometimes as high as 68% to 69%, and the SiO_2 content was only 3% to 4% %. In addition, with the use of ore powder in Australia, the iron content of sinter increased from 50 to 51% to 53 to 54% (increased to 55 to 56% in 1980), and the SiO 2 content decreased from 10 to 11% to about 8.0% 1980 at about 7.0%), resulting in decreased sintering yield, sinter strength is poor, sinter 5 ~ 10 mm grain-level increases.
