尿毒症合并神经系统症状,临床较普遍,一般诊断不难。但部分不典型病例,容易漏诊或误诊。现将我院1958年～1979年收治的43例尿毒症病人的神经系统并发症作一分析探讨。分析资料来源 43例尿毒症均系住院病例,有明确的肾脏病史,经临床及各项实验室检查证实诊断,并排除原发性神经精神疾病。除1例诊断左肾结石,1例急性肾小球肾炎以外,其余41例均诊

In our hospital from 1958 to 1979 admitted 43 cases of uremic patients with neurological complications for an analysis of.
