平菇生产以投资少、见效快深受菇农欢迎,但由于部分菇农对其栽培技术掌握不够,收效甚微。为此,我们于1994年开始,在新乡县设点进行“二区制”立体栽平菇试验,三年来的结果表明,增产显著,生物学效率高达300%~400%,且菇体肥厚,片大肉嫩,商品性状好。现将其技术介绍如下: (一)选用优良品种 视当地的气候条件,选用适当温型、转潮快的菌种。菌龄以菌丝长满瓶7~10天为宜,要求菌丝粗壮,生长均匀,色泽浓白,无污染。我们用的是我系新培育出的新优一号菌种。 (二)堆制培养料 ①培养料配方:棉子壳85%,麦麸12%,石膏1%,石灰1%,尿素0.2%,多菌灵0.1%。料水比1:1.2~1.3。②拌料:选当年新鲜干无霉变的棉子壳,曝晒2~3天,在干净的水泥地面上拌料,先将尿素、石膏等辅料直接加入水中,再均匀浇洒在棉子壳上拌匀,含水量以手捏料指缝间有水滴出现为宜。③建堆发酵:堆高1.4m,宽1.6m,长不限,
