通过对我市外向型经济的调查、分析和审视,在查找差距的基础上,提出加快外向型经济发展的对策与建议:一是明确定位,科学规划,加快推进外向型经济规模发展;二是稳定油企,拓展领域,加快推进地方外向型经济发展;三是构建平台,畅通渠道,为加快发展外向型经济创造必要条件;四是调整政策,引导支持,促进外向型经济提档升级;五是突出重点,强化服务,为促进外向型经济发展创造良好的外部环境。
