1975年我县的小麦生产工作,在毛主席三项重要指示指引下,夺得了历史上最好的收成。并出现了一批亩产500斤以上的高产大队和亩产800斤以上的高额丰产田.给今后小麦创高产丰富了栽培经验,为不断提高小麦产量奠定了思想和物质基础。为了进一步贯彻毛主席把国民经济搞上去的重要指示,实现县委提出的1975年扩大秋种面积和提高单位面积产量的计划要求,必须在继续抓好无产阶级专政理论学习,加强无产阶级专政,广泛开展“农业学大寨”群众运动的基础上,进一步贯彻农业“八字宪法”,实行科学种田,积极提高小麦播种质量,打好1976年小麦增产基础。为此,根据我县历年实践和参照外地先进经验,拟定如下1975年秋种技术意见。
