从事教育教学工作已满九载,如果有人问我,在这九年中我一路走来觉得最幸福的是什么?我会毫不犹豫地回答:能成为学生的良师益友!下面,我就谈一谈我对如何与学生交朋友的几点看法。一、用师爱关心学生,做学生的良师益友。所谓良师是有高尚的人品,有深厚专业功底,懂得教学方法的老师,是在课堂上与学生正式交往的角色。而益友是在学生眼中能进行交心,能倾听心声的朋友,是课堂下与学生非正式交往的角色。益友是良师的一个角色变换,两者相互区别,既相互依存,又相互促进。

The beneficial friend is a role change of the mentor, and the two are different from each other and they are interdependent and promote each other.
