处于成熟期的企业会有比较充沛的现金流,企业利用闲置资金进行证券投资将能提高企业资金使用效率,提升企业的经营效益。企业管理层利用该项资金进行证券投资时,应当能够充分考虑影响证券市场波动所带来的风险和收益。因此,作为企业的决策者应该充分考虑到可能影响其证券投资的多种因素,最大限度的提高收益,避免风险。
