企业转轨变型后,在激烈的竞争市场中,怎样才能立于不败之地?这是企业面临的严肃问题。本文阐述企业统计工作的改革问题,指出:销售是企业的龙头,必须从抓基础工作入手,在营销系统中,对外以市场调查、市场细分为主要目标,搜集、整理分析各种资料,掌握竞争对手的信息;对内以资金利润率为总目标,层层分解落实,建立起营销系统的统计指标体系,以求最佳经济效益。这就是在新形势下,统计工作要积极开拓服务领域,提高对于经营系统的反映和监督作用。
After the transformation of enterprises, in the fiercely competitive market, how can we be invincible? This is a serious problem that companies face. This article describes the reform of the enterprise statistics work and points out that: sales is the leading enterprise, and we must start with grasping the basic work. In the marketing system, the external market research and market segmentation are the main goals, collect, sort out and analyze various data, and master Competitors’ information; internal profit margins for capital are the overall targets, which are resolved at various levels, and a statistical index system for marketing systems is established to achieve the best economic benefits. This is in the new situation, statistical work should actively develop service areas, improve the reflection and supervision of the operating system.
