冲天炉烟气净化,以往一般采用火花捕集器,这种装置,除尘效率低,对于小于100μ的粒尘几乎无效。为减少对大气的污染,我院与上海阀门五厂共同试验研究了不加萤石作熔剂的冲天炉,采用四层颗粒层干法除尘装置,进行烟气净化。经一年多的调试和应用,效果较好。它具有运行可靠,结构简单紧凑,占地少,净化后气体含尘浓度经上海市卫生防疫站测定,其平均值低于国家三废排放标准所规定的200毫克/标米~3。现将试验情况介绍如下。
