庚寅入冬,辛卯之春,豫北旱虐,千里无津,青苗罹殃,民生危慌。中国人民解放军驻新铁军闻令即动,于2011年2月13日出动1033名官兵、车辆机械205台,紧急驰援封丘黄河滩——大功引黄灌溉疏通工程抗旱一线,奋战30昼夜,开渠14.7公里、挖土120万立方米,引水注田16.87万公顷,谱写了一曲当代军民鱼水情深的壮丽诗篇!我们亲历了这场军地同心抗击旱魔的感人场景,见证了这段激情燃烧的岁月,特以实记之,以飨今人后人。
