今年,江苏首次提出就业工作要推进数量型向质量型转变,提升就业质量将成为政府就业工作的新常态。确实,经过数年粗放型的追求就业数量的发展,一定程度上解决了长期困扰政府的就业难问题,同时为社会的稳定和经济的发展起到了不可低估的作用,然而随着人与经济、社会的共同发展,就业的质量要求成为新常态构建中的一个重要坐标值,是时候启动就业数量与质量并重的模式转型。
