本文报道BSA SDS Ag聚合物纳米微粒的制备及水凝胶的性质。用X 射线衍射(XRD) .TEMFT IR光谱考察了这种聚合物微粒的表面结构 ,微粒粒径 42 - 80nm左右 ;用UV/VIS光谱及SEM考察了水凝胶的性质。研究了温度 ,pH值 ,反应时间和反应物浓度对BSA SDS Ag水凝胶形成过程的影响。表明Ag+离子先与BSA产生化学键合 ,再还原为Ag粒 ,进而聚合成网状结构的聚合物
This paper reports the preparation of BSA SDS Ag polymer nanoparticles and the properties of hydrogels. The surface structure of the polymer particles was investigated by X - ray diffraction (XRD) and TEM FT - IR spectra. The particle size was about 42 - 80 nm. The properties of the hydrogel were investigated by UV / VIS spectroscopy and SEM. The effects of temperature, pH value, reaction time and reactant concentration on the formation of BSA SDS Ag hydrogel were investigated. It is shown that the Ag + ions first chemically bond with BSA and then reduce to Ag particles, which then polymerize into a network structure of polymer
