晋陕蒙接壤地区气候多变,地貌复杂,在该地区实施的铁路建设项目一般要横跨多种地形地貌区,加之铁路建设工期长,造成的人为水土流失比较复杂,若防护不当不仅影响工程建设,而且危及铁路的安全运营。分析了晋陕蒙接壤地区铁路建设造成水土流失的特点及危害,阐述了水土保持在铁路建设中的地位和作用,并针对水土流失特点及危害进行了相应的防护措施设计。
The climate change in Shanxi-Shaanxi-Mongolia region is complex and the topography is complex.
