BUT、Schirmer I test、FLS与正常对照组差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of continuous wearing of soft contact lens (SCL) on ocular surface tear film of college students and its possible mechanism. [Methods] According to the SCL wearing glasses time, SCL wearing glasses were divided into <12 h group, 12 ~ 24 h group and> 24 h group, a total of 3 groups. The tear film break-up time (BUT), corneal fluorescein staining (FLS) test and Schirmer I test were compared between the normal control group (35 eyes, 70 eyes) and the patient group (66 eyes, 132 eyes) analysis. [Results] There were no significant differences in the chirmer I test and FLS between the soft lens contact lens and the normal control group (<12 h) (P> 0.05). The BUT, Schirmer I test, The differences between the control group were statistically significant (P <0.01). [Conclusions] Continuously wearing soft contact lens will cause the drop of tear film function and corneal epithelial injury, and the longer the wearing time, the greater the damage.
