RU_(486)是一种甾体的抗孕激素制剂,它在受体水平拮抗孕酮和糖皮质激素的作用,但它与雄激素受体只有极弱的亲和性,对雌激素和盐皮质激素受体无亲和性。在几种动物种属已证明RU_(486)具有抗孕酮和致流产作用。首批临床试验已报道,给11例孕6~8周的妇女每天用200mg RU_(486)连用4天,其中9例导致流产。若于黄体期中期应用RU_(486)可在两天内引起月经出血。这提示RU_(486)是在靶器官水平拮抗孕酮的作用。虽然动物实验已证明RU_(486)只有抗孕酮作用而无孕素活性,但因动物实验的结果不能简单地用于人类,故本文在妇女观察了RU_(486)在内膜水平的抗孕酮作用,并试图探索RU_(486)是否有孕素活性。
