重型商用车长大下坡行驶过程中,热衰退是引起行车制动器制动效能下降的主要原因.该文就制动器温度阈值内长大下坡行驶能力进行研究,应用能量耗散原理建立重型商用车坡道行驶制动器温升模型,并试验验证了模型的准确性和实用性;基于温升模型采用理论分析和试验数据拟合的方法建立了长大下坡行驶能力模型.以250℃为热衰退阈值,通过模型仿真计算长大下坡行驶能力.研究结果表明,选择合理挡位和车速实施联合制动可以有效提高重型商用车辆长大下坡行驶安全性.
