历史的脚步悄然迈进二十世纪九十年代的第五个年头。中国国有企业的改革在历经16载的风风雨雨和坎坎坷坷之后,最终在此起彼伏的吆喝声中,成了中国经济改革中的一道难以攻克的堡垒。蓦然回首,人们似乎这才发觉,灯火阑珊处步履蹒跚沉疴难愈的国企老人,已到了栋梁难撑每况愈下的地步,经济效益大不如前,而身上重负着的却是严重阻碍效益上升的沉重包袱——4000多亿元库存产品。如何消除重负让国企焕发精神轻装前进,这是人们不得不深思的问题。
