This article through the simulation practice method research, discusses the improvement marketing practice teaching quality reform. Therefore, how to develop employment-oriented and ability-based vocational colleges in the new situation and expand the connotation of the combination of work and study; to innovate the model of personnel training and put forward suggestions and implementation steps for cultivating high-quality marketing talents.
