急性闭角型青光眼合并前房积血一例报告

1 临床资料 患者,女,79岁,于10d前右、左眼先后出现红痛、视力下降和恶心、呕吐1次,外院查双眼视力均为指数、结膜充血,角膜水肿,前房浅,瞳孔散大,即按“双眼闭角型青光眼”予降眼压等处理,4d后左眼症状无明显改善于1992年11月29日转来我院。患者患高血压10余年,此次发病初血压26/13 kPa,发病前咳嗽3d,发病以来无外伤。入院时全身检查未见异常。血常规,出、凝血时间及
