随着科技的进步、医疗技术的发展,人力资源的管理成为医院管理的重要组成部分之一,因为作为特殊的服务行业,在肩负着救死扶伤神圣使命的同时,要想建设成为现代化医院,使其具有雄厚的竞争力,那么拥有先进的医疗技术设备和具有创新能力的医务人员以及配有懂管理擅长管理的管理人员是每个医院最完美的管理模式。医院作为知识密集的服务行业,先进的医疗仪器、高素质高技术的医护人员是医院持续良性发展的根本保障。也是医院的核心竞争力所在。但是现阶段大部分医院在人力资源管理中存在的诸多弊端,这些弊端的存在已严重地影响医院的经济效益与可持续性发展,针对这些弊端,制定切实可行的相应对策是每个医院的当务之急,本人就上述问题想浅析下个人肤浅的看法,希望对医院人力资源管理工作起到促进的作用。
With the advancement of science and technology and the development of medical technology, the management of human resources has become one of the most important parts of hospital management. As a special service industry, it is necessary to build a modern hospital to fulfill the sacred mission of saving and rehabilitating diseases. With a strong competitive edge, having the most advanced medical technology and innovative medical staff, and the management staff with the ability to understand and manage them, is the perfect management model in every hospital. Hospital as a knowledge-intensive service industry, advanced medical equipment, high-quality high-tech medical staff is the fundamental guarantee for sustained and benign development of the hospital. It is also the hospital’s core competitiveness. However, at present, most hospitals have many defects in human resource management. The existence of these drawbacks has seriously affected the economic benefits and sustainable development of hospitals. In response to these problems, it is imperative to formulate practical measures for each hospital , I would like to analyze the superficial views of the above individuals in the hope of hoping to promote the human resources management in the hospital.
