为满足目前瞬态电磁场传感器的校准问题,研制了镜面单锥横电磁波小室(TEM)电磁场标准装置,用于数k Hz到数GHz带宽以下的电磁场传感器校准。基于无线长双锥天线,对镜面单锥结构进行了理论分析及数值仿真分析,证明了其应用的可行性;并进行了工程机械设计并加工制作。最终测试结果表明,镜面单位TEM小室机械结构良好,馈电点电压反射系数小于6%,对应驻波系数(VSWR)<1.11,单锥TEM小室内场接收波形与源监测波形具有较高一致性,单次测量结果的偏差最大不超过5%,满足应用需求。
In order to meet the current calibration problems of transient electromagnetic field sensors, a standard single-cone transverse electromagnetic wave chamber (TEM) electromagnetic field device has been developed for electromagnetic field sensor calibration from several kHz to several GHz bandwidth. Based on the wireless long biconical antenna, the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation of the mirror single cone structure are carried out, and the feasibility of its application is proved. The engineering machinery design and processing are also made. The final test results show that the mechanical structure of the TEM cell in the mirror unit is good, the reflection coefficient of the voltage at the feeding point is less than 6%, and the corresponding VSWR <1.11. , A single measurement of the maximum deviation of not more than 5%, to meet the application requirements.
