建立健全社会保障制度,事关改革、发展、稳定大局,意义重大。为了反映我省国有企业离退休职工和下岗职工生活保障落实情况。最近,省企调队对我省20户国有和国有控股企业离退休职工退休金和下岗职工生活保障金“两金”落实情况进行了一次专项调查,调查结果表明:1-4月国有和国有控股企业“两金”发放100%全部按时足额到位。
