资产评估是一门融合了经济学、会计学、统计学、建筑学等多门学科知识的综合性学科,资产评估专业在高职院校的设置,对于学生来说,理解并掌握知识有一定难度。在资产评估人才培养方案中,相较于其他专业,对于学生实践技能的培养提出了更高的要求,这也是由资产评估行业本身特点决定的。本文立足于资产评估专业的各项专业能力,将实践课程进行梳理,通过调研统计分析,给出资产评估实践技能课程的考核评价体系。
