批评是教育学生的一种常用方式,批评的效果如何很大程度上取决于所采用的批评方式。切实的批评方式能够起到良好教育效果,不切实的批评方式不仅达不到预期效果,反而会影响学生心理的健康成长。切实有效批评方式的采用需要遵循一定的原则。
