扎根大漠志不移文明服务结硕果且末地税局成立于1994年7月,现有维、汉两个民族干部职工共29人(其中,党员11名,大专以上学历12人),负责全县11个乡镇、2个牧场的税收征管工作。近年来,该局在艰苦的自然和工作环境中,在县委、县八民政府和州局党组的正确领导和大力支持下,紧紧围绕组织税收收入这一中心,全面落实总局“依法治税,从严治队,科技加管理”的要求,狠抓行风建设,通过抓制度落实和监督制约,切实转变干部职工的工作作风,树立全心全意为纳税人服务的观念,党风廉政建设和纠风工作连年被评为优秀。两个文明建设方面也取得了明显成绩。近年来,该局先后被自治区命名为:自治区级“文明单位”;自治区级“卫生红旗单位”和自治区地税系统“文明单位”;
