The control of pest population densities has an impact on local mosquito-borne diseases and, therefore, the objective of integrated pest management is to reduce the average population density from high to low and to a minimum detrimental level. China’s Japanese encephalitis (hereinafter referred to as JE) is a serious viral infectious disease. Fifty-three Culex tritaeniorhynchus and pigs have been identified as major links in the natural circulation of JE virus, and pigs are the major spread hosts for JE. At present, the natural infection rate of Culex tritaeniorhynchus is closely related to the epidemic intensity of Japanese encephalitis and pig is the main host animal of JE, which has been internationally accepted. After a long period of studies, it has been proved that the epidemic pattern of Japanese encephalitis has no obvious change in the virulence and antigenicity of Japanese encephalitis virus in different ages. The spread and spread of Japanese encephalitis virus in nature are not affected by M_ (14)
