目的:比较两种中药复方对MRL/lpr小鼠CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)增殖能力的影响。方法:分别以两种中药方剂对SD大鼠灌胃7日,采集大鼠血清;采用磁珠分离法分选出MRL/lpr小鼠脾脏中Treg细胞,分别于普通SD大鼠血清及两种中药方剂SD大鼠血清中进行培养,观察Treg细胞增殖情况。结果:中药方剂组1组大鼠血清培养的Treg细胞数量显著高于中药方剂组2组及对照组,中药方剂组2组与对照组间无统计学差异。结论:中药方剂1组能显著提高MRL/lpr小鼠中Treg细胞的增殖能力,从而达到对SLE的治疗效果。
Objective: To compare the effects of two traditional Chinese medicine compounds on the proliferation of CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells (Tregs) in MRL / lpr mice. Methods: The SD rats were gavaged for 7 days with two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine prescription respectively, and the serum of rats was collected. The Treg cells in the spleen of MRL / lpr mice were separated by magnetic beads separation method, Chinese medicine prescription SD rat serum culture, observe Treg cell proliferation. Results: The number of Treg cells cultured in serum of rats in TCM prescription group 1 was significantly higher than that in TCM prescription group 2 and the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups in TCM prescription group and the control group. Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine prescription 1 group can significantly improve the proliferation of Treg cells in MRL / lpr mice, so as to achieve the therapeutic effect on SLE.
