目的:对不同种质类型广西莪术挥发油的成分分析,为选育优质的广西莪术新品种提供科学依据。方法:采用GC-MS法对不同种质类型广西莪术的挥发油成分进行分离鉴定,归一化法测定其相对含量,比较挥发油中化学成分及有效成分相对含量。结果:总共鉴定出31种化合物,不同种质类型广西莪术既存在共有挥发油成分,又存在非共有挥发油成分,检出色谱峰个数差别也较大。结论:不同种质类型广西莪术挥发油化学成分和组分相对百分含量差异较大,挥发油物质表现出丰富的多样性。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the constituents of the volatile oil from different germ plasm types of Guangxi Curcuma longa and provide a scientific basis for the selection of new varieties of Curcuma longa. Methods: GC-MS was used to separate and identify the volatile oil constituents from different germ plasm types of Guangxi Curcuma. The relative contents were determined by normalization method. The relative contents of chemical constituents and active ingredients in volatile oil were compared. Results: A total of 31 compounds were identified. There were common volatile oil constituents and non-common volatile oil constituents in different germplasm types of Guangxi Curcuma. The differences in the number of detected chromatographic peaks were also large. CONCLUSION: The relative contents of chemical components and components of Volatile Oil from different germplasm types vary widely, and the volatile oil compounds show rich diversity.
