胆—心综合征是指胆囊疾病时所引起的心脏功能障碍的一个征候群。由于胆囊疾病和冠心病都是临床常见的多发病,不少患者两病兼存,因而容易混淆。本文结合我院30例确诊为胆石症或胆囊炎患者的心电图的简要分析,对本综合征加以介绍。临床资料:30例均为住院病人,其中29例经外科手术确诊,仅1例因发病时心电图提示为急性心肌梗塞后经胆囊造影检查确诊为胆石症。30例中男性12名,女性18名;年龄最小28
Gallbladder-heart syndrome refers to a syndrome of cardiac dysfunction caused by gallbladder disease. Because gallbladder disease and coronary heart disease are common clinical frequently-occurring disease, many patients co-exist two diseases, which is easy to confuse. In this paper, 30 cases of our hospital diagnosed as cholelithiasis or cholecystitis in patients with ECG brief analysis of the syndrome are introduced.
