本文目的是研究16~25岁初期和进展期牙周病人的水盐代谢。材料和方法:作者观察了50名男性和70名女性,分为三组:第一组是对照组,由30名无牙周病的健康人组成。第二组是由60名初期牙周病人,第二组由30名进展期牙周病人组成。应用安基比林法进行机体内普通水含量的测定,用硫代硫酸钠进行细胞外水容量的测定,用火焰光度计法测定钾和钠的含量,用生物试验测定钙的含量,硫酸盐用浊度测定法测定,磷酸盐用伊万诺夫氏法测定,氯化物用列维逊氏法测定。采集早晨空腹的混合唾液10ml,并取晨尿10ml进行分析。
The purpose of this paper is to study the water and salt metabolism in patients with early and advanced periodontal disease aged 16 to 25 years. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The authors looked at 50 males and 70 females in three groups: the first group was a control group of 30 healthy people without periodontal disease.
