森林刑事案件现场勘查的任务,就是发现和收集犯罪的痕迹、物证,研究分析案情,判断案件的性质,确定侦察方向,提供破案线索和证据。一、森林刑事案件的现场勘查(一)森林公安管辖的刑事案件根据2001年出台的《国家林业局公安部关于森林和陆生野生动物刑事案件管辖及立案》(林安发[2001]156号)文件,明确规定森林公安机关管辖19种刑事案件。
The mission of on-the-spot investigation of forest criminal cases is to discover and collect traces of crime, material evidence, study and analyze the merits, judge the nature of cases, determine the direction of reconnaissance and provide clues and evidences for solving crimes. I. Site Investigation of Forest Criminal Cases (I) Criminal Cases under Public Security Administration According to the document “State Forestry Administration Ministry of Public Security Jurisdictions and Cases of Criminal Cases of Forests and Terrestrial Wild Animals” (Lin Anfa [2001] No. 156) promulgated in 2001 , Clearly stipulates that the forest public security authority controls 19 kinds of criminal cases.
