1995年高考,原部分使用“大文大理”卷(即政、语、数、外四科加理、化、生或史、地,以下简称“大卷”)的省市,也将汇入“3+2”中来了。高考的外显目标是为高等学校选拔合格新生,以便为国家建设培养高层人材。因此它所需要的新生应该是尺度一致的,作为选拔的形式——高考,就也应该尺度一致。既然一致于“3+2”,那么,原实行“大卷”式的省市就要熟悉、了解“3+2”,以便使考前的教学和应试指导逐步适应它。
