金属通过锻造、挤压、轧制等热变形,可改变其组织和性能。形变量和形变终了温度是影响形变效果的关键因素,因此准确地测定形变终了温度对研究形变效果的内在原因是十分重要的。由于形变是个动态过程,用目前我们通常采用的各类高温计、热电偶来准确测定形变终了温度是十分困难的。而本文所提出的方法能较准确地测定金属的形变终了温度。测温仪器设备 1 保温瓶(亦可用保温桶或槽)。 2 精度为0.1℃的水银温度计或铜-康铜热电偶。本实验使用精度为0.1℃的水银温度计测水的初温,用体温计测水的终温。
