1病例报告患者女,81岁。自述2个月前出现胸前区及后背疼痛,近3周出现双下肢无力、麻木,走路踩棉花感;1周前症状加重,伴大(小)便困难。体检:T4-6棘突叩压痛(+),T5以下躯干及下肢皮肤感觉减退,下肢肌张力增高,腹壁反射消失,双侧Babinski/Chaddock征(+),踝阵挛(+),肛周反射消失。胸椎CT检查示T5水平椎管内外均可见团块状略低密度影,边缘清晰,密度尚
1 case report Patient female, 81 years old. 2 months ago reported chest and back pain, nearly three weeks there is weakness in both lower extremities, numbness, walk on the cotton feel; 1 week ago, the symptoms worse, with large (small) will be difficult.
