文章将集群演进的动力因素按照在集群发展不同阶段的影响和主导作用分为基础动力因素、机制动力因素、集群政策和文化动力因素,并从动力因素交替、更迭的角度分析了产业集群演进的动力机制。从动力因素交替、更迭的角度去认识集群演进动力机制,可以判断出产业集群发展不同阶段影响演进的关键因素,为集群政策制定者提供促进集群发展的科学依据。
In this paper, the dynamic factors of cluster evolution are divided into the basic dynamic factors, the mechanism dynamic factors, the cluster policies and the cultural dynamic factors according to the influence and leading role in different stages of the cluster development. The article also analyzes the evolution of industrial clusters from the perspective of alternation and change of dynamic factors mechanical machine. To understand the dynamic mechanism of cluster evolution from the perspective of alternating and changing motivating factors can determine the key factors that affect the evolution in different stages of the development of cluster and provide the scientific basis for cluster policy makers to promote cluster development.
