了解肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)在人体疾病发生中的作用.方法:建立了TNF-α的双抗体放射免疫分析法(RIA).结果:方法的批内及批间CV分别为5.76%±1.73%和6.08%±1.91%.灵敏度为5.4pmol/L.临床应用结果显示,癌症、细菌感染及脑血管病病人的血清TNF-α值显著高于正常人(P<0.01),败血症、脑缺氧症新生儿的血清TNF-α值显著高于正常新生儿(P<0.01).结论:测定血清TNF-α值有助于临床疾病的诊断及治疗.
To understand the role of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha) in the development of human diseases. Methods: A double antibody radioimmunoassay (RIA) was established for TNF-α. Results: The intra-assay and inter-assay CV were 5.76% ± 1.73% and 6.08% ± 1.91%, respectively. Sensitivity of 5.4 pmol / L. The results of clinical application showed that serum TNF-α in patients with cancer, bacterial infection and cerebrovascular disease was significantly higher than that in normal people (P <0.01).
