甘肃省正宁县文化馆珍藏着一块题为“仁人之言”的石碑。碑文为著名爱国进步将军冯玉祥所撰,时任正宁县长的杨楚材于中华民国十六年刻石并立于原县治罗川。碑高1.57米,宽0.63米,厚0.13米。整碑保存完好,碑文为严谨厚重的正楷,历经80年风雨剥蚀,仍依稀可见。全文共101字:我们一定要把贪官污吏土豪劣绅扫除净尽,我们誓为人民建设极清廉的政府;我们为人民除水患、兴水利,修道路、种树木及种种有益的事;我们要使人
