近年来,龙山县实施以民营经济为主体的经济发展战略,使民营经济得到了蓬勃发展。199r7年,全县实现民营工业总产值5.05亿元,民营商业营业额2.9亿元,分别占全县总额的51%和82.5%。我县的主要做法是:一、加强载体建设,优化经济发展环境。个体私营经济的发展关键在于扩大城市容量,增强城市辐射功能。近年来,我县在城镇建设上投资1.45亿元,重点抓了市场、街道等12项系列配套工程建设,为把我县建成湘鄂渝边区商品集散中心打下了坚实基础,为招商引资提供了良好的环境。同时,清退各种违规收费100多万元,刹住了“三乱”歪风。二、对国有集体企业全面实施民营化改造,推进个体私营经济上规模、上水平。通过公有民营、私有私营、租赁经营、股份合作制改造等办法,已对部分国有集体企业进行了民营化改造,被改造的企业都获得了可观的经济效益。我们要在总结这些成功经验的基础上,力
In recent years, the implementation of the economic development strategy centered on private economy in Longshan County has enabled the private economy to flourish. In 1997, the county achieved a total private-sector output value of 505 million yuan and a private-sector commercial turnover of 290 million yuan, accounting for 51% and 82.5% of the total respectively. My county’s main approach is: First, to strengthen the carrier to optimize the economic development environment. The key to the development of individual and private economy lies in expanding urban capacity and enhancing urban radiation function. Second, the state-owned collective enterprises should be fully implemented with privatization to promote the scale and level of individual and private economy. Some state-owned collective enterprises have been privatized through public-private operations, private-owned private ownership, leasing operations, and joint-stock cooperative reform.
