新公共服务理论是把“服务社会”当作行政行为的出发点和归宿,可以为建设服务型政府提供了理论和思想基础。目前,中国服务型政府建设在实践方面还存在一定问题,可以借鉴新公共服务理论和中国实际,并采取相应可行的措施。本文通过分析新公共服务理论的起源,通过探讨我国服务型政府建设中存在的问题,提出构建服务型政府的建设性的意见和建议。
The new public service theory is to “serve the community” as the starting point and end result of the administrative act, which can provide the theoretical and ideological basis for building a service-oriented government. At present, there are still some problems in the practice of building a service-oriented government in China. We can draw lessons from the theory of new public services and the reality of China and take corresponding feasible measures. By analyzing the origin of the new public service theory and by discussing the existing problems in the construction of service-oriented government in our country, this paper puts forward constructive suggestions and constructive suggestions for building a service-oriented government.
