选择以问题为导向的教学方法来讨论如何培养学生的创造力和创业精神,研究样本由中山职业技术学院《创业实务》课程三个班级的学生组成,数据来源于三个班级的小组研讨会,共有92个参与者,在研讨会结束时,每个小组要求填写一份研讨会记录,通过分析记录来研究如何培养学生的创造力和创业精神。研究结果突出了参与者解决问题的积极态度,在课程结束后,学生报告说,课程中组织的活动使他们意识到如何利用日常生活中遇到的问题来进行创新。研究结果表明,通过营造以问题为导向的创造性和创业友好的环境来培育和发展学生的创造力和创业精神具备可行性。
Select question-oriented teaching methods to discuss how to cultivate students’ creativity and entrepreneurship. The sample consists of three classes of “Business Practice” course of Zhongshan Vocational and Technical College. The data come from three groups of group seminars, With a total of 92 participants, at the conclusion of the seminar, each team requested a record of the seminar to analyze how records should be used to develop students’ creativity and entrepreneurship. The findings highlight the participants’ positive attitudes toward problem solving. After the course ended, students reported that the activities organized in the course made them aware of how to use the problems they encountered in their daily lives to innovate. The findings show that it is feasible to nurture and develop students’ creativity and entrepreneurship by creating a problem-oriented, creative and entrepreneurial environment.
