管理会计是一门专业学科,在制定和执行组织战略中发挥综合作用。应用管理会计需战略先行,不同的战略决定了企业管理的重点不同,需要的信息、技术不同。企业应该加强对战略的研究,形成企业的中长期规划和计划,通过全面预算管理转化为财务目标,加强成本控制的手段及效果,充分利用绩效管理,保障战略实施不偏离。
Management accounting is a specialized discipline that plays an integral role in the formulation and implementation of organizational strategies. Application of management accounting should be the first strategy, different strategies determine the focus of different business management, the information required, different technologies. Enterprises should strengthen the research of strategy, form medium and long term plan and plan of the enterprise, transform total budget management into financial goal, strengthen the means and effect of cost control, make full use of performance management to ensure that the implementation of the strategy will not deviate.
