[目的]探讨新疆吐鲁番地区维吾尔族2型糖尿病与HLA-DQA1等位基因的关联性。[方法]采用聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物技术,对110例新疆吐鲁番地区维吾尔族2型糖尿病患者和同地区107名维吾尔族正常对照者的HLA-DQA1等位基因频率进行检测,分析2型糖尿病HLA-DQA1等位基因多态性,并将所得结果与国内其他民族的同类资料进行比较。[结果]新疆吐鲁番地区维吾尔族2型糖尿病组与维吾尔族正常对照组比较,HLA-DQA1*0104(P=0.002,RR=9.802)等位基因频率明显增高,差异有统计学意义。新疆吐鲁番地区维吾尔族2型糖尿病患者与国内其他民族的同类资料进行比较,等位基因分布频率上有共同点,也有一定的独特性。[结论]HLA-DQA1*0104可能是新疆吐鲁番地区维吾尔族2型糖尿病的致病基因;新疆吐鲁番地区维吾尔族2型糖尿病患者与国内其他民族群体的资料比较,总体检验差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),显示人类不同民族的遗传易感性不一样,表现出民族之间的差异。
[Objective] To investigate the association between Uygur type 2 diabetes and HLA-DQA1 alleles in Turpan, Xinjiang. [Method] The HLA-DQA1 allele frequencies of 110 Xinjiang Uygur patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 107 Uygur nationality normal controls in the same area were detected by polymerase chain reaction-sequence-specific primer technique. The frequency of allele 2 HLA-DQA1 allele polymorphism in type 2 diabetes mellitus, and compare the results with those of other ethnic groups in China. [Results] Compared with Uygur normal control group, the frequency of HLA-DQA1 * 0104 (P = 0.002, RR = 9.802) alleles in Uygur type 2 diabetes patients in Turpan prefecture was significantly higher than that in Uygur nationality controls. The difference was statistically significant. Xinjiang Uygur in Xinjiang Turpan region with type 2 diabetes mellitus and other ethnic groups in the same type of data are compared, the allele frequency distribution have in common, there are some unique. [Conclusion] HLA-DQA1 * 0104 may be the causative agent of Uygur type 2 diabetes in Turpan region of Xinjiang. Comparing the data of Uygur type 2 diabetics with other ethnic groups in Turpan region of Xinjiang, the overall test has significant difference (P <0.01), showing that the genetic susceptibility of different ethnic groups in China is different and shows the differences among different ethnic groups.
