图书质量是出版社的生命线。本文介绍了作者所在社建立并实行的图书各项质量第一责任人制度和相应的激励约束机制的主要思路及做法。该做法将出版社实行的图书质量责任制度真正落到实处,有效提高了图书的编校质量。
Book quality is the lifeblood of publishing houses. This paper introduces the main ideas and practices of the first quality-of-responsibility system and corresponding incentive and restraint mechanisms established and implemented by the author’s agency. This practice will be implemented by the publisher of the book quality responsibility system really implemented, effectively improve the quality of the book editing.
