将切取的患者自体膀胱粘膜分别保存于林格氏液和氧合稀释血液中,并分别于0、30、60分钟制成标本,应用透射电镜观察其超微结构变化。结果:保存60分钟,氧合血液保存组膀胱粘膜的内质网、线粒体、核基质电子密度基本正常,林格氏液保存组出现不可逆损伤。将氧合稀释血液保存的膀胱粘膜用于治疗尿道下裂10例,仅1例术后出现尿瘘。而16例用林格氏液保存的膀胱粘膜患者中,4例术后出现尿瘘,2例出现尿道狭窄。提示氧合稀释血液是离体膀胱粘膜的可靠保护剂。
The cut-off patients with bladder mucosa were stored in Ringer’s solution and oxygenated diluted blood, and were made at 0, 30, 60 minutes specimens were observed by transmission electron microscopy ultrastructural changes. Results: After 60 minutes of preservation, the electron density of the endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria and nuclear matrix in the oxygenated blood preservation group was basically normal, and irreversible damage was found in the Ringer’s solution preservation group. 10 cases of hypospadias were treated with oxycobilised blood preserved bladder mucosa, only 1 case of postoperative urinary fistula. Of 16 patients with bladder mucosa preserved with Ringer’s solution, 4 developed postoperative urinary fistulas and 2 developed urethral strictures. Tips Oxygenated blood dilution is a reliable protective agent of isolated bladder mucosa.
